Common questions

• How does escrow work? The client pays into escrow before work starts, and the money is released to the contractor when the work is approved. If there's a disagreement, an attorney reviews the evidence.
• I forgot my password. Use Forgot password on the log-in page.
• I want to delete my account. Go to Settings → Delete account, in the app or on the website. You can't delete it while a job or sale is in progress.
• Where is my data? See our Privacy Policy. Our Terms of Service explain how Monie Safe works.

Disputes

If you and the other person disagree about a job, open a dispute from the job page. Don't approve the work while there is a problem — approving starts the release of the escrowed money.
